Covered Under Warranty???

I see my next inspection is coming up every time I turn on the X5.
I have been noting little issues over time that I intend to bring to the technician's attention when I take it in for service.

Here are the few things I have noticed, and I'm not sure what is covered by the extended warranty. The car has 53k, and the warranty is up to 100k or this coming April.

1- Headlight condensation- usually after driving on the highway in the rain, the condensation stays inside the lense until the weather is dry

2-Driver's side door lock is sticky- When I use the remote on the key, sometimes the Driver's door lock only comes 1/2 way up, not enough to unlock the door, so I have to lock and unlock it.

3-Noisy AC/Heat blower- When the fan level is at about 70%, it makes an annoying buzzing sound as if it needs lubricated or there is something small stuck to the fan itself (imagine if you had a small piece of plastic wrap stuck to a fan blade as it spins... that's what it sounds like)

4-Fabric on A-pillars on either side of the windshield is slightly loose- When it is extremely cold out, I notice small waves in the interior fabric lining the front pillars. I'm guessing this may have happened when temperatures went from extremely warm, to extremely cold in a short period of time and the glue came unset.

5- Driver's window noise- When the window is going up, I sometimes here a click/pop sound... It definitely doesn't sound good, as if it may be close to coming off track, or it is getting caught up on something. I can keep it from making this sound by pressing firmly against the window from the inside as it is going up.. I"m guessing it is an alignment/track issue

So... Does anybody have any experience with warranty coverange for any of these issues?

Thanks

You didn't mention anything about Year and Milage on the car. Is it still under the warranty?

If it is under warranty, then they'll fix whatever is broken.

About the headlights though...
I went on Tuesday to local BMW service center also complained about moisture in the headlights (around the yellow turn signals area 3" in diameter), they took the car through carwash 3 times and said that it's normal, it goes away after you leave your headlights on for a while. Said that BMW won't cover it.

I think they'll fix everything else...

No biggie on the headlights, since they are only lense covers, the projectors themselves are sealed and protected

Oooops very sorry. Didn't read it that carefully. Went straight to the issues :)

Looks like you got the extendent type. I am not sure which category your issues fall into, as you know there is an Extended Maintanence and Extended Warranty, if you got both, then you probably got nothing to worry about.

The car is a BMW certified pre-owned. I bought it with 48k

curious about this one myself. I too have a CPO, with 35K and am having this same issue with the felt on my pillar coming loose where it meets the dash. Let us know if they fix it under the warranty. Thanks

For those curious about what I mean when I say the interior fabric on the pillars is loose, attached are some pictures. It is most prominent when it is cold outside.

About those headlights, there are smal rubber vents on the inside, check if they are in place and make the holes slightly bigger. that shuld do it. My dealer tid this for me on my E46

nearly all your issues should be covered.

Are the vents at the back side of the headlight enclosure?
