switched to X5 from Escalade
Newbie here to the forum. But I just got my BMW X5 2003 with the 3.0 diesel and sports packages. (my wife thought the cadillac escalade was to big!) but I am very happy with the BMW and I am excited to take it too my hut on snowy roads.
I will post some picture when I have polished with some Zaino. but I have some question. I have no nav, I am thinking of install the factory nav but is seems a lot of work with the parts in the trunk and a still it will cost a lot. is it worth it, maybe better to go with a high end pioneer or something!? Anyone installed HID? (I have xenon but found some good HID on ebay with philips bulbs). |
:xoutpost: for HID check here http://www.intellexual.net/hid.html

Hi There...
Wellcome to the board Look at this link http://www.hannus.se/butiken/default...vd=xenonkungen This one is good to http://www.ks-carstyling.se/index.do I dont know about norway but in sweden you wont pass inspection unless automatic light leveling is installed with xenon |
Is there a kit for the fogs that match OEM xenons?

(update, I have Xenon light)
thanks, and many good links here. the HID lighting tutorial is very good but read it already. Do the fog light also need to be self-leveling!? One thing is for sure. I will install a hitch by myself after excellent info and tutorial on this site:) |
:xoutpost: there fogs are not autoleveling, about the hitch, there are a couple of write-ups i have seen.
