Anyone do aftermarket Nav and replace Board Computer ??
 

There seem to be some nice aftermarket 16:9 Nav units out there that offer touchscreen, bluetooth and iPod integration.

However, seems that if you do that, even with the correct adaptors/trim pieces to make it look stock, you will lose the Board Computer.

I asuume the main functions would still work in the binnacle dsiplay but would the vehicle get upset as the BC was now missing ??

So many questions, so few answers ...
