Air in car taking a while to come on
 

The air in the car is taking a while to come on. sometimes it comes on right away, other times it takes 15+ minutes, because i forget. I was in FL 2 weeks ago, and the A/C did the same thing - this is when I noticed it for the first time. Now in NYC, the heat is doing the same thing - not sure if that info matters.

Recently (Nov 07) I had battery issues and the indie mech said he replaced the blower motor, is this the same thing? Should this be replaced again? Problem is the mechanic was in FL - so I could only call him and tell him its not working anymore. I didnt have time to see him before i left.

Any ideas? Can I do this myself? Where can i get the part at a good price if so.
