Can the shock of pre-facelift E53 modify to be having Ride Height Adjustment Shocks

Just like facelifted E53, they have the Ride Height Adjustment function, where I can get the stuffs to suit on my 4.6is :nanana:

Bmw parts should be your option. I'm not sure if you need a different compressor though.
