Auto Transmission sticky sometimes on startup
 

Has anybody else had this issue?
sometimes when i start the x5, i give it a few seconds and then press the break and try to change gears from P to D or R, and it just doesnt let me....unless i really really put some pressure on the gear shift. I've tried pressing the break harder, makes no difference.
After a few minutes of running, i can easily change gears, its only on startup.
Ive got no warning lights on for anything.

Other times it lets me change gears without a problem.
