Cannot find wiring/connector for ULF retrofit installation
 

I have E53 X5 3.0d 2003 model with build date of 11/2002 and I wish to do a Bluetooth ULF retrofit installation. Checking on the various websites, I learned that all X5s built after 04/2002 are prewired for phone installations.
I therefore bought a ULF module, antenna, snap-in adaptor and microphone. However when it came to installation of the ULF, I cannot find the connector for the ULF module. I have searched all around the CD player and DVD navigation unit and around the spare wheel.
Does anybody know where else I should look or am I to conclude that the car is in fact not prewired?

I think this applies only to X5 sold in the US market, so don't count on it...

for full instructions - you should be able to identify a few connectors in the trunk or under the spare tire!!!
