Light switch question - what does this thing do? - Euro car
 

Can someone tell me what the knurled wheel on the right side of the light switch cluster do? I am referring to the wheel that is just to the right of the instrument cluster illumination wheel. Thanks.

That is for non xenon equipped headlights. It allows the driver to manually adjust the headlight tilt.
Xenon cars do not have this, as they are self levelling.
