Xoutpost.com - Nav software update disaster!

I've just tried to update my nav software so that i get the perspective view and have had a minor disaster!

I downloaded V29.1 and copied it to a disc using alcohol 120. It seemed to copy ok so I went and tried it in my car (a 2004 using mk4 dvd).

I put the disc in and after a brief message about loading software OS the screen went blank. Thats how it stayed for about 15 mins so I had no choice but to switch the ignition off. When switched back on, the nav option has gone from the screen and the disc won't eject from the player.

Has anyone got any ideas / help on this subject. I've tried searching the threads but can't find anyone who's had this problem????
