I finally got a chance to get some new tires so I decided to go black on my rims.

Reminds me of people wearing a nice white tux, but then go put on some black shoes.

I really thought about white and it was a first pick, but White tends to get dirty and look nasty. I would have to wash them everyday

I, of course, love the look of big, beefy, black wheels...

yeah think there is a trend. I prefer the black if it has a lip. I think white would have been the best move, and just wash the wheels every day LOL. Get some minimal brake dust pads.

Did you use caliper paint for the gold calipers or purchased? I'm interested in red calipers (or blue.. not sure) but I dont know if i want to paint or buy NHTs already powder coated.

nice x!!! can you post some more pics? i wanna see how do the flares look...also, im about to install flares on my X but i can't seem to remove the existing plastic rivets..how did you remove them? any special tools? thanks.
