Source for a replacement MAF?

My 2000 4.4 appears to have a MAF problem. Is there a recommended and reasonably priced aftermarket source for a MAF replacement?

Before you go off and buy a new MAF sensor, I would give this a try...

Should take less than an hour out of your day and could possibly save you 300-400 bucks....
