Transmission Problems

I recently brought my x5 to the dealer for the transmission software upgrade. There still seems to be a rough downshift from 3-2 and 2-1. Also, when the car is in drive and I let go of the gas the car shakes going forward like it is stuttering. Any ideas on this? SHould I bring it back to the dealer for a more detailed transmission fix?

You can do a search...there's a lot of people with the same problem.

I sent in the X finnaly to get this fixed and they said the software has already been done. But the problem is still exactly the same and maybe even a little worse. Any help?

Many X's do it..including mine. After the first 5 minutes or so, the stutter shake after you let go of the gas should stop. Mine only does it when the car has been sitting for a while. Its never been a problem otherwise...

I sent the car in a few months back to get the software update but about a month later the same problem came back and was never any better. I may be contacting the dealership again to see if they can do anything else about it.
