Can I use 2 different spare wheels at same time?
Hello,
I need to get my damaged rear wheels fixed, but the problem is I only have one spare wheel. (it is 17" style# 130) so, I was just wondering if I can put and drive another same size 17" spare wheel but different style# at same time while I leave my wheels at shop? would it be ok for couple days? :dunno: |
Wuzin, you better closely match the size of fronts and rears not to damage your transfer case. I don't know what's your aspect ratio of your front wheels but putting 17" spares on the rear with your 22" fronts is not a good idea.

I have a second set of wheels/tires if you like to borrow while your rims are being fixed.

i dont see why not as long as the wheels are of the same size (left and right)

Wuzin, in a nutshell, if your 22" setup is close to the OEM rolling diameter (about 29"), then you shouldn't have a problem using your 17" as spare along with another similar size 17" OEM. |
