Does Maintenance apply to CPO buyer?

Have a CPO 4.4i with a production date of 10/04 and 42,000 miles. This would put me just within the 4/50 deadline for maintenance program. I'm due for an oil change according to the interval markers but am confused about whether the maintenance program applies to only the original owner?

I did not purchase the extension....the previous owner had the F/R brakes replaced at 32,000 and I'm a low mileage driver.

thanks for the help

Maintenance is a separate cost after 50,000 miles/original warranty. So, you are still under the maintenance plan as you are within the original plan/warranty. After 50K/4yrs, the maintenance will no longer be free.

:iagree: Warranty for CPO is till 100k but you have to pay beyond 50k for maintenence. If you want you should renew maint. before you hit 50k. I think its worth it to renew.
