HELP: SES light - Codes 19 and 12

Ok Guys, need some help here.

A few days ago my SES light came on. I used the Peake Tool and codes 19 and 12 popped up. Can someone tells me what they mean. I'm not sure what table to go by in the manual.

:iagree: table 19 =code 12 exhaust camshaft position sensor.
