High beam and fog lights

Does anyone know what types of high beam and fog lights fit on 03 E53 X5? my high beam ligh bulb shows HB3 9005, so what should I get? the regullar H3 light bulbs looks different from my high beam bulb...on this website shows this

does this fit on my car? and can I fit other kind type of bulbs in my car?
