Welcome and congratulations!

Hey guess what, they're 19's. Regardless, I'm going for a set of 20" 168's and a second set of smaller wheels for the snow.

Chrome w/ black looks good. Nice setup!

I was going to say they were 19's. I got my X with 132's and kept them for winter and had 168's for summer.

:iagree: :iagree: I think it looks awesome the way it is right now. The chrome looks great on a black X. Not over-blinged at all. I would not take off those rims.

But I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Well I go snowboarding often and I keep hearing that 20's are useless in the snow. Plus if there's a blizzard and I have to put chains on, I won't kill the dubs. At the very least, I don't wanna get condescending looks from people up there with real snow tires. :D

You may want to consider the 19" Pirrelli Zero Asemmetrico's. You are probably using your X5 like I do, as a winter ski car, but 98% of the time your on dry pavement. I have found that the Pirrelli's are adequate in the snow, including driving through several whiteouts in 4" to 6" of snow. I also keep a set of Z-chains for the really bad storms, (which I have never used).
