Anyone use a seat cover in their X5?

I'm thinking of getting a seat cover for the driver's seat to protect from elements (water/sand from beach/snow in winter, etc). Plus, I figure it may be more comfortable, part. in winter. Anyone use one? Recommendations for one with a good fit at a reasonable price?

I've always heard good things about this company -Wet Okole.
I don't have them, but have always been interested in purchasing them.

I put sheepskins on my 4.8is from Costco. They're nice b/c they don't heat up, and my dog loves it. Your bum will thank you.

see my whole issue is the seats are so nice why cover them up? granted here in NYC in the winter it sux royally just like in CA i imagine in the summer and having black doesnt help but thats just my 2cents, my only pro this is for saving the seats

My reason is for saving the seats, easier clean up.

I use the BMW denim seat covers. They come in dark gray or tan. They are tailor made for our seat and every seam fits well. They include seperate covers for the head rests. I don't like the fluffy feel of sheepskin and these looks and feel more subtle. They're about $65 a pair. I use them because the are absolutely necessary in the summer where I live.

Those wet okole seat covers are excellent. Had them on my 4Runner; great fit and easy to care for.

And FYI - OKOLE means A$$ in Hawaiian!
