How do you remove door speaker from plastic baffle
 

How do you remove the speaker from the big plastic baffle? I see it's glued and I don't want to break the plastic baffle.. I'm trying to install DSP speaker into a non-DSP baffle... Thanks.. Mark

Are you referring to the tweeter or the big speaker on the bottom of door panel.
For the big speaker, you would have to remove the door panel (you already knew that), and remove 4 hex bolts on the back. For the tweeter, you will have to remove one bolt and it just slips out.

Yes the big speaker 6 1/2 and I've already removed it from the door. I'm trying to take the speaker out of the plastic baffle holder to install new speaker into the baffle holder.. thks..

Anyone know?
