DSC recode?
 

The problem start when I go to wash the X5 about one year ago and never off, after the wash some lights come on in the instrument cluster, and the X5 go in safe mode. Some deales say, that was problem comes from the instrument cluster(are damage, or wasted). but recently I bought the Dsc repair kit. My mechanical is very good, but when the kit is remplaced, he say me that are comunication, but the lights still on and could be problem of some ABS speed sensor... Then I need know, if is necesary recoded or programing the new unit, He have a scanner obd2... Please help me!!!!

You have to have the DSC repair kit coded by BMW DIS system after replacement to make it work.

Hi, I remplaced the abs sensor, the dcs unit and all the lights come off, but there are a new problem, the speedo don`t work, my mechanical say that is proble the instruments cluster, what do you think?
