Are USA & UK driver's door electric windows & mirror switch the same?
 

Hi,
I wanted to know if the Driver's door switch which incorporates the electric window folding and folding + reverse packing mirrors are the same in USA & Europe BMW E53 X5's ? i,e. Left & Right hand drives.

some pics i have seen suggest so but not sure.

Tired of waiting on ebay while its possible to pick one up in the states...
