NCX:

Yes, I am going to want the TV tuner.

Did you purchase the rear camera from tv on nav as well??? I am thinking about getting the Eclipse rear view camera and wondering if it will hook up into the module the same.

Forgot to add one thing.... there is a new cheaper route if you want front NAV screen video and don't want the tuner... TVonNAVvideo input kit and Soundagate video input kit

No I have not purchased my backup cam yet. That is on my list for the next few weeks. I have not decided which camera I want to go with, and which mount I want, although I am leaning towards the stealth roundel install instead of the OEM-type install. The cameras I have looked into all have the same basic wiring. Here is the TVonNav camera install diagram

Sure, with one of these - http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1074788127957 ;)

Now if you are talking about on your nav screen and you have a MkIII or MkIV (which is 99% of the X5's out there) then the answer is no :tsk:

If you already have the BMW video module then you don't need anything except for the backup camera, a relay, and the appropriate connections made to the video module wiring harness.

If you don't have the BMW video module then you'll need the backup camera module identified in this article - http://www.xoutpost.com/articles.php?...ticle&artid=24

Cool, I updated the article to show you as the author, and put a note that the 007 part may no longer be available
