Newest Mod.. HID Fog Lights!! PICS...

I'm still not 110% done with the Silver Gauge Over Lay/Chrome Ring Mod...I'm not satisfied with the way my needles came out when I Sharpied them RED.....Markers of any kind seem to strek. I am going down another path to have them a solid looking non streeked red color...Pics will be up when I get back from Vacation!

As for the newest Mod done today, I installed my AngelIBrite HID Fog Lights! Once again Dave G came through with an outstanding product above and beyond his competition. I also purchased my Headlight Units from him. (www.customangeleyes.com or www.angelibrite.com ) This mod was fun and a bit challenging...I had to cut and krimp some wires, but over all not that bad....One cool thing - The HID "Digital" Ballasts have error cancellation built right in. I did not need the ec wires that I utilized when I did my headlights!!

I will have night time pics soon! Here is the product!

Nice RR - but sorry.. gotta give ya tha - :worthless: well without night pics..

pass the referral on this way. I'm in MOD hell!!! My steering wheel bolt won't come off. I've got a socket 16mm but i can't get that thing off. I'm starting to strip the bolt i'm turning it so hard. aaaarrrrghhh.. any ideas on what i can use ? also got interior LEDs but when installing today the round ones don't fit all the way in. So i'm in the process of trying to return. Will look at bimmian or jlevi's interior xenon/leds. Goin to keep the spotlights halogen cuz i heard the interiors arent that bright. Well.. i bought folding mirrors too so when those come in thats another MOD. LOL. hijack complete.

LOL!! yeah! I left for a 3 day vacation with my girl! I'm up in Newport RI.....

I'll get those pics up....hey before I answer your's got a quick question....it seems that one of my hid fogs is brighter than the other.....my passenger side is brighter than the drivers.....any idea with HID's if one is brighter than the other.....i'll be damned if I got a bumb bulb!

ok to answer your question - even though it is not rusted try some wd-40....i'm trying to think if there is any other type of spray or liquid that will loosen it up........????? Yeah....return those interior bulbs.....I like the bimmian set.....I've had bad luck with the jlevisw..

cant think of why it would be brighter. Do you remember if your regular fogs were brighter on that side?

ok.. i'll try some. thanks. Once I return this interior set..

If I have xenon headlamps but halogen fogs do I need a kit like this in order to just get them white & matching the heads?

rastaFarai 07-06-2008 05:09 PM

not necessarily - you can find some halogen "xenon match" bulbs.. its never as good as the xenon, but the cheaper way to go. Until we see his pics we can't really tell LOL. But these are def a better match.

ok cool.
