Help removing spark plug coils on 2004 4.4i N62 Engine – DIY

2 Attachment(s)
So I read just about every single DIY on this forum and other forums regarding SP removal and thought I was ready. Turns out the N62 is slightly different and I can’t find any bolts to unscrew to get these coils out. Am I tugging at the wrong item, are these even the spark plug coils (there are 8 of them, 4 on each side). I can get the electrical connector off but the nub won’t budge, twist, or pull off. Any idea of what I’m missing?

Thanks!

did you figure this one out? Check my signature, i have diy for plugs, however my connectors are a bit different since i have the M62 engine. Could be similar way of removing? Hope it helps somehow.

R/A, It looks like your coils are similar to the M54 engine. Take a look at this link => http://www.linquist.net/motorsports/bmw/plugs

Thanks! dkl's link is perfect, those are the same coils and the intructions are exactly what I need. There are no bolts to undo, I guess I wasn't pulling on them hard enough. I'll try them again tomorrow morning.
