High Beams
 

Is it normal for the inside pair (halogen) of headlights to be off when the high beam switch is pushed forward (as opposed to pulled rearward for momentary activation)? I took my vehicle to the dealer because I thought there was a problem and they told me it was normal. I've had a lot of cars with four headlights and have never seen this behavior.
