I HAVE A X5 3 YEARS OLD NEXT WEEK I HAVE ONLY DONE 12500 MILES SHOULD I TAKE OUT EXTENDED WARRANTY IF SO WITH WHO

Also, just my opinion, but I wouldn't get an extended warranty if you are only putting 4k per year on the car. IMO, the only way the warranty is worth getting is if you use up all the allowed mileage.
