AC Blower stays on even with key out
 

Is this a symptom of a bad Final Stage resistor? I've had the problem on other cars before (Porsche and BMW), but why would the blower continue with the key removed?

This is on a friend's 03' 4.6is.

Start with a FSR change. Pretty sure you'll cure the problem.

Maybe the AC contoller is out.
