Loose Wing Mirror

Hello.

I had my wing mirror glass stolen last month and in the process they made the nearside wing mirror loose. It flaps slightly when you touch it. The fold mechanism works if the mirror is in the fully out position but not when it has moved inwards slightly.

After getting over the shock of the dealer prices, I have managed to get replacements from ebay. The problem I have now is as i drive on the motorway it turns in slightly affecting the vision. Is there anyway I can tighten it up?

I have removed the rear cover to see and cannot find any bolts but underneath I have seen thre torx(?) screws. Is this what I need to adjust?
