Please help isolate Navigation Problem
 

Hi Everybody,

I have a 16:9 screen with MKIII, Here's my problem.

1) Screen can be turned on/off but there is no image or sound

2) MKIII drive does not have power and CD can not be ejected

I am trying to isolate if the problem is with the screen, the amp, or the MKIII.

I have already tried unplugging the screen and MKIII overnight but that did not solve the problem.

Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks, Ken
