4.8 exhaust on 4.4
 

First off, I want to say hi to everyone. Im new to this site and to the X5. I recently purchased a 2006 X5 4.4 for a steal and is in like new condition. I want to do the 4.8is appearence upgrades to it as well as the exhaust.

Id like to know if the 4.8 exhaust will just bolt up to my 4.4 or will it take many parts to make it happen other than the muffler assemblys.

If anyone has any suggestions about the bumper and fender changes if like to hear those to.

I believe the rear section of the exhaust will just bolt up at the 2-bolt flanges under the middle of the vehicle. Should use the same hangers and all. Good luck and have fun with your X!
