Hi Dale,
yes that can happen but then you need to have it reset, i have a peake reset tool. After about 1000mile or so with the lpg, the car electronics should adjust to it and the fault light should go out. Had the same with my 4.4 after he convertion, but its adjusted well. regards. |
Hi Thanks for your reply i will go to get it reset if it remains on,have to ask what is a peake reset tool?? any ideas with the missing pixels on my display ,thanks again Dale

Hi, Have a 4.4i with LPG (GREAT IN'IT)they will keep throwing up engine warning up even after reset after a while you will get used to it being on and carry on regardless just think of the money your saving..... As for:thumbup: the pixel problem there are DIY cleaning instructions if you look in the forum if your feeling brave or replace the fascia for about £200 !

My 4.4 was converted to lpg 2 years ago, well pleased, but that light keeps coming on after reset and I don't worry anymore.
I may even open up the instrument panel and see if there is a bulb in there(then ditch it). I have already been in and fitted the insrument rings so have no fear of doing this. Regards, Lez |
