weird rear noise

Guys, since I started driving in New Jersey , my bimmer has develop a noise that comes from the driver rear by the tire I think, at high speed does not sound but 25-40mph it a contant noise when it hit the bumps and hole on the road, it sounds like something is lose, but I already check and the muffler is good, piping is good, and I cannot see nothing hanging or really loose, to make that noise, any ideas? thanks
