Creeking suspension
 

My 2001 3.0i X5 suspension creeks when accelerating from rest. I guess this is as a result of the from suspension lift slightly. The creeking noise seems to be coming from the from suspension and creeks intermittently. I have tried spraying silicone but this does not seem to have solved the problem. Please help!!
