AC Control panel fuse keeps blowing

I have a problem with my AC control panel fuse blowing out. Its number 48 in the glove box. I have looked at the wires behind the control panel but everything looks fine. Has anyone had or heard of this condition.

my car had the same problem. It's a regulator for the blower motor, costs about $200 to fix.
