Is it true that I can use any Dexron III or I have to stick with Castrol made Dexron III only? If so, where to purchase it?

What's the difference between Dexron III and VI? I found Mobile 1 full synthetic ATF with Dexron VI. Is it good for power steering?

I've done 2 to 3 changes with the Mobil 1 full synthetic ATF without issues.

we have the castrol dextron III in bulk at the dealer (16 gallon drums) But I would imagine any dextron III would work without problems. But the better the fluid (synthetic) the longer lasting before breakdown. I'd imagine the full synthetic would be an upgrade from the regular castrol.

Would there be any issues resulting from using a synthetic power steering fluid as opposed to the dexron III fluid that originally came in the vehicle?
