Don't know what a circuit card is in this context.. I am talking about a white plastic laminated card that is usually with the owners manual.

The built-in phone used for emergency assist in the X5 is probably nothing more than a single circuit card somewhere in the car. The markings on it may indicate the phone number.

It is built into the TCU. May be a card inside of there, but I wouldn't open that thing unless I was not covered under warranty (wouldn't want to void it) and had an extra grand to spend if I screwed it up somehow.

If you can find someone with an ESN reader it could let you know the number.
An ESN reader works by intercepting the phone's unique Electronic Serial Number, as well as its MIN (Mobile Identification Number) -- in other words, your telephone number. Normally, both numbers are authenticated at a cell tower.
