Squeaky Vent/AC Blower
 

My Vent/AC Blower has succumbed to squeaky bearing syndrome. I've searched, but can't find any DIYs on blower replacement. Anyone done this and posted directions?

I've already changed the FSR. Thanks to everyone who contributed that info.

Does anyone have the DIY to replace the blower? Mine is really squeaky and I have a new one ready to go in but no directions. Please help. Thanks!

This job is doable but you need the bentley manual and patience. Nothing is really that difficult to remove but its just time consuming. Plan on 6-8 hours. Don't ask for a DIY, you need the manual. Theres are many little details that are helpful to know. My blower squeaked for about 6-8 months before it finally died. I will tell you that once I put everything back together I have no rattles. Which was one of my biggest concerns. The actual blower remove and replace takes 5 minutes.:bustingup
