I find my ACTUAL mileage to be 1.1-1.3 mpg LESS than the OBC calculates

24.0 filled up at 22.6 & 22.7
21.0 filled up at 19.9

These were controlled hwy mileage tests where I maintained a very consistant 67-68 mph on the speedometer, mostly on cruise control and for uninterrupted trips of 305 to 540 miles

you have to remember that the computer cannot take into account the fuel in filler line
