hi folks i have been here for months now and i love this sight it has lots of good idea's lots of beautiful rides and lots of good info now my question would be if i unplug the daytime running lights on 2005 x5 3.0i cause they are annoying would that do something to the computer or give me any warning lights to come on.or if you guy's know any way i could just shut them off

dealer has to program this feature..

DRLs are actually just the high beams on low power, so it requires a reprogram from the dealer there is no "plug"

You can get a insurance discount for day light running lights, check to make sure you are getting it.

actually they did give me the insurance discount for the lights.the only reason i want them off i have purple hid headlights and purple hid fog lights and im changing the angel eyes to purple also and its ruining my headlight skeam.sometimes you just want to run with the fog lights on and you have this yellowish headlight on ruins the flow
