Chrome Window Trim Removal & Paint DIY
All of you who want to get rid of your chrome trim and paint without the cost of replacing with OEM shadowline, here's a DIY for you. I think mine turned out great. Thanks goes out to Fulanito's original effort to get me through this DIY.
Hope this helps everyone. Good Luck and have fun modding! http://www.mediafire.com/file/tfjmam... and Paint.pdf Before: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3247/...17c6327f79.jpg After: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3243/...6985fa0a82.jpg |
Looks nice. I liked the chrome trim on my Sterling Grey E53 but it just sticks out too much on the black. Good job

Great guide! Sure will come in handy if I ever decided to do something like this in the future!

Nice, now you just need a new steering wheel & some sport suspension :driver:
|
Thanks. Next for me will be 4.8is front bumper cover, rear trim, and fender flare installation. Suspension and wheels will be done in the spring. Steering wheel would be nice, but probably last on my list.
