Anyone did a 4.8is kit on a 3.0 ???
 

i was wondering if anyone had experience putting on the 4.8is front bumper on a 3.0??

I have a 3.0 w/o the headlight washers and wanted to put the 4.8is front on

Will i need to retrofit some dummy headlight washers to put on the front bumper? Do you think a body shop can bondo/cover the holes?

There are quite a few who have done this here. I am sure they will chime in. Good luck.

I retrofitted the 4.8is front & Rear bumpers as well as the wheel arches to my 4.4i (2003), that costed me an arm and a leg.... but that's another story...
There are a few 4.8is bumbers that come w/o headlight washers, but if you can't find one and you want to have the headlight washers look, it can be done very easely...
Suggest that you get the following kit (RETROFIT KIT, HEADLIGHT CLEANING SYSTEM):
61670007017They are about $200+ in the states.... and are easy to install especially if you are about the change the bumper...
