X5 re prog keys

Hi All I am very new on here so be gentle please
I have recently bought X5 and it would appear keys need reprog,Have been to local BMW and keys wont communicate for some reason or other please can you help

Hio Many thanks for the info, sad to say it didnt work.
We have the vehicle booked in at BWW Dealers , and Im afraid the bill will be somewhat frightening.
