The markings on the bulb say Philips 12082, 12V, 10W. It pushes in then twists to lock & unlock (it has 2 nubs on each side of the bulb).

FYI ... I would NOT try to replace it with a higher wattage bulb to get brighter angel eyes - it will melt the whole assembly and possibly cause a fire.
