oxygen sensor location anyone?

Hello Folks,
once more you are my saviors, I know I need to replace the Oxygen sensor Pre-cat Bank 1. now, which one is it? I think I see four sensors underneath....thanks in advance!

well, let's start by telling us if you have 4.4i or 3.0?
