I think it has something to do with the DRLs run at 1/2 power so these new bulbs must not light up at 1/2 power - only at full power. My only other concern is if you would get an error code/message. If not, then LI-X5 deserves a lot of credit for killing 2 birds with one stone! :thumbup:
EDIT: LI-X5 just confirmed by PM that you get no error codes/messages!! So wadda ya waiting for ... go git 'em! :rofl:

And that other guy is giving flips a bad name ... he must be jealous or at least inconsiderate. :angryfire

others have asked about my lighting setup so tonite i will take some pics and make a new thread !!

OK! cool! I just left Dave G a message... This would be sweet.....I have never heard of a high beam bulb only running at 100%....disabeling the 50% power for the drl's...that is sahweeeeet! LOL! I'd rather spend the 60 bucks on the bulbs than at bmw..for shutting off the drl's! :)

My local Dinan installer says there are no plans to add any E53 tranny software. But fear not, you'll get used to the shift points and adjust your pedal push accordingly.

its been better since the dinan install , they also reset all the stuff associated w the tranny like dsc , rear diff , adaption , and some other stuff !!

How can you even consider those wheels to look nice? You're ruining the BMW name by driving around what's suppose to be a luxurious and elegant. But then again your probably young and didn't earn your BMW and someone just handed it over.
