parts for rear window wiper

does anyone know if I can buy the bolt that holds the rear wiper blade to the rest of the wiper blade assembly? or do i have to buy the whole unit.
i'm missing whatever it is that holds the blade on to the arm

the arm is not attached to the rest of the assembly..whatever nut or bolt that is supposed to hold the two together is missing....
