Door won't open IN or OUT. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the standard door carrier problem and couldn't open the door from the outside. When I removed the door panel I was able to work the mechanism by pulling the cables, I did this several times. I removed the carrier but needed to use the car until the part came in. This was my mistake, I closed the door thinking I could simply open it by pulling the cable. It won't open, I tried everything.
Please help! How do I get this door open???????

Oh buddy...You may have made a major error on this by pulling the cables and taking the door apart... From what I understand, you're saying that now the door won't open from the inside of the car or outside? No matter if its in freezing temps or not? If it does that in a warm garage and still won't open you have a major problem... Someone I know had the same problem on their X and the dealer had to break the door open to get it open. Then of course he had to pay for all the stuff they broke, (door, hinges, and whatever else that was damaged) Major $$$... I hope you're not in the same predicament. Take it to the dealer and tell them whats going on, see if they cant mess with it and open it without having to break the door...Good Luck.
