New owner from Holand, X5 4.6is
 

Hello,

I'm an new proud owner of a X5 4.6is. After driven a LOT OF bmw's like E36 m3, Z3 ///Mroaders, e46 M3, e46 330ci i bought a family tractor. I found an real good one with 52.000 km's, full options and in a perfect condition....

I hav a few questions:

1. There is a fan noise coming from the dashboard. It's located near the instrument clusters and has something to do with the heating. Setting the temperature at the minimum the noise is gone. Sometimes the noise isn't there....strange?

2. I can set the tire presure, but still receive the obc message "tyre control inactive"? Do is something worng or is it a faulty sensor? Do i have to reset te system?

3. I get a "check oil level" message, but the oil is just replaced and more than sufficient... checked it several times.....

Hope you can help me out....!!!

I think you have a bad blower motor for fan and a few faulty sensors, thats all. Doesn't sount like much.

Ok...i also think that is is a fan motor...can i clean/lubricate it by myself?
