hey guys, how do I get to use my cell phone with the bluetooth of my x5?

Unless your vehicle had the module swapped out, you don't have Bluetooth in your X5. The 2004's came with the combo Assist/BT module but the Bluetooth functions were inoperable. You can install the module from a 2005-2006 into your X5 to make it work.
