Great pics. Yup! Yup! Another beautiful sunny day in SoCal. However, Pepatrick is right....north Atlanta 'burbs are a great deal compared to SoCal!! Got a friend who just moved to Murietta area for $600k, he's got a house over 4000 sq.ft with finished basement, front & back yard already done on 1/3 acre lot. Inside the house, granite, wood floors, the works. A house like that in SoCal would be close to 1.5-2 million depending on location.

as for europe, i go back every year (paris). i am aware everything there is minuscule, including garages, lol. ok, ill stop bitching about my 2 car garage.

the home is only worth 750k because the real estate market has gone completely mad. bought the house 3 years ago for 280k. at the time, sure, that was a good price. at these levels though, its pure insanity to wanna buy a house like this!!!! cant really sell it either coz then where would i go live? (in the X5 some might say...) - its expensive everywhere now, even Las Vegas!
